Before you enquire

Common questions

Can we combine two themes?

Yes. A Gatsby setting can work around Casino Nights, for example. Choose one main activity and a visual theme that supports it, rather than trying to fit several different experiences into the same evening.

Which theme works in a small room?

A table activity or one styling feature can work well. Share the room dimensions and a few photos so we can suggest a layout with space for both the entertainment and your guests.

Does choosing a theme include every prop described?

No. These descriptions show the options for each theme. The pricing page explains the starting packages; your event can then be built around the features you want.

Can you work with an idea that is not listed?

Send the idea and any visual references you have. We’ll look at how it could work for your group and venue, including whether it needs custom decorations or other suppliers.

How do we compare the cost of different themes?

Compare the four options on Pricing: Casino Nights, Team & Mystery Activities, Private Celebrations and Corporate Events. Each lists its starting price, guest count and main features.

What happens once we choose a direction?

Send the theme, date, location and guest count through the enquiry form. Add your budget and the features you like most, so we can focus on those first.
