From the first idea to the final goodbye
From your enquiry
to the event day.
Here is how we take an event from your first enquiry through preparation, hosting and pack-down.
01 / The first enquiry
Start with the occasion
Send the date, location, guest count and occasion through the enquiry form. Add a budget if you have one. If the date or venue is still open, mention the options you’re considering.
Tell us a little about your guests and what they would enjoy doing together. That helps us recommend an activity rather than choose the theme on looks alone.
02 / Your venue
Work through the room
We’ll help choose entertainment and styling that fit the space. Photos or a floor plan are useful for positioning tables, activity areas and decorations without crowding the room.
Events can accommodate up to 40 guests and last up to six hours. Setup and pack-down need time either side. Outdoor plans also need an indoor or sheltered alternative.
03 / Booking details
Review the event details
Your written proposal sets out the services, inclusions and total price. Review it before booking, and ask about anything you want to change.
The pricing page explains the starting packages. Payment and cancellation information belongs in your booking documents and Terms.
04 / Preparing the event
Bring the details together
The running order connects arrivals, meals, activities and speeches. It also identifies the person we should speak to if a decision is needed on the day.
Send any artwork or custom quiz content in time for production. Your team can review printed details and guest instructions before they are used.
05 / Setup and checks
Prepare the space
The team positions the equipment and decorations before guests arrive. Time for sound or presentation checks is built into setup where those are part of the event.
A final check with your event contact covers the timings and any late changes. Hosts then have the information they need to welcome the group.
06 / Hosting and pack-down
Host the occasion
Hosts introduce each activity and help guests take part. They keep an eye on the pace, allowing time for people to talk or take a break between rounds.
The host brings the entertainment to a close before pack-down begins. Guests have time to say goodbye, and the team removes the event equipment within the venue’s access window.
Before you send your brief
A few details
go a long way.
The enquiry form asks for your contact details and the main event information. You can leave optional fields blank while you make decisions.
Mention any access or participation needs that affect the arrangements. Share what would help guests take part, without sending private personal details.
For a company event, name the person handling the booking. For a surprise celebration, tell us who can receive messages without revealing the plan.
