these prices.
These are indicative prices for the packages below. Your date, location and chosen features will determine the cost of your event.
All prices are in NZD and allow for GST where applicable. Your written quote will show the final total, any GST and the services included before you book.
Starting prices assume a suitable venue provided by the client in Hamilton, level access, standard setup and pack-down times, and one local return trip. Other locations or more complicated access may cost extra.

From NZ$950
Planning range: NZ$950–2,800
For a company function or private party: up to 20 guests, one hosted table and two hours of activity.

What changes the budget
More tables, hosts or activity time increase the price. You can also add a coordinator, room styling, branded signs or technical equipment. Larger table arrangements can accommodate up to 40 guests.

Budget separately for venue hire, catering, drinks, photography, performers, custom-built features and travel beyond the local trip described above.

Team & Mystery Activities
From NZ$850
Planning range: NZ$850–2,500
A two-hour quiz, collaborative challenge or mystery for up to 20 guests, using standard content at a suitable venue provided by the client.

What changes the budget
Extra facilitators or stations help accommodate larger groups. Custom stories, company questions, actors, props and audio-visual equipment cost more. An extensive scenic build can exceed this range.
What is separate
Venue hire, meals, drinks, specialist equipment, guest costumes, professional actors and substantial custom writing are outside the starting package.

Private Celebrations
From NZ$1,500
Planning range: NZ$1,500–5,000
A three-hour celebration for up to 20 guests, with light hosting and one main styling feature at a suitable venue provided by the client.

What changes the budget
The size and number of decorated areas affect the price, along with crew time. Extra lighting, custom signs, furniture, a hosted activity or a longer event add to the budget.

Allow separately for venue hire, food, drinks, invitations, photography, performers, large floral displays, temporary structures and custom-built features.

Corporate Events
From NZ$2,800
Planning range: NZ$2,800–6,500
A three-hour gala, awards, launch, networking or Christmas event for up to 30 guests at a suitable venue provided by the client.

What changes the budget
Staging, extra technical crew, multiple branded areas and custom displays increase the price. Complex presentation work or an extensive build can exceed the range even for a small group.
What is separate
Venue hire, catering, drinks, photography, filming, broadcasting, performers, substantial custom builds and specialist audio-visual production need a separate budget.

For an activity-led event, put hosting and the table layout first. For awards, guests need to see and hear the speaker. A private party might benefit most from one decorated focal area.
Tell us whether your budget covers our event service or the whole occasion, including the venue and food. That helps us suggest options using the amount you have available.
Choose the main features first
Choose the main activity and essential equipment before adding decoration. If you need to reduce the budget, we can help identify features to simplify while keeping the event enjoyable.
If your plans change
Changes to the venue, guest count, branding or timing can alter the cost. We’ll explain the difference before you approve a change. Events accommodate up to 40 guests and last up to six hours.

Common questions
Are these fixed package prices?
No. These are starting figures for the packages shown. The cost of your event depends on the venue, date, staff and equipment needed, along with any extra features you choose.
Is travel included?
One local return trip in Hamilton is allowed for in the starting prices. Other locations, extra journeys and any accommodation needs are priced for your event.
Can a small event still exceed the range?
Yes. Custom scenery, performers or specialist technical work can involve substantial preparation even for a small party. Guest count is one part of the cost, not the only factor.
Do you charge a deposit or cancellation fee?
Your booking documents set out any deposit, payment dates and cancellation arrangements before you accept. There is no standard cancellation percentage listed here. See Terms for more information.
