Hosted casino evenings
A good table.
Great company.
Bring a familiar casino-night atmosphere to your corporate function or private celebration, with hosted tables and a programme that keeps the evening social.

Give the room
something to gather around.
A casino-themed evening works well when guests want an activity without giving up the chance to talk. Tables become meeting points, hosts explain the format and short rotations give people a reason to move around the room.
Table Wave shapes the evening around your occasion. It might be the main entertainment for a birthday, a lively section after a company presentation or an informal way for colleagues to meet after a conference.
A format guests can learn as they go
You do not need a room full of people who already know the games. The welcome should explain how the evening works, where to begin and when to move between activities. Hosts introduce the agreed table format in straightforward language and help newcomers take part at their own pace.
The number and type of tables should follow your group size and available floor area. One hosted feature can suit a small gathering; a larger group may need more than one activity point to avoid queues. We confirm the proposed arrangement, staffing and circulation space before the equipment is finalised.
What we can bring together
Your proposal can bring together hosted tables, play materials, event coordination and a considered styling scheme. A Las Vegas direction might use bold colour and a lively arrival, while a Monte Carlo interpretation can be more restrained, with tailored signage and warm lighting.
We agree the look and the level of production with you. A simple table-led evening has different requirements from a fully styled room. Backdrops, additional lighting, printed artwork, sound equipment and extra staffing are included only where they appear in the written scope.

Roles that make a difference
A welcome.
An explanation.
A natural rhythm.
The table host introduces the activity, answers questions and keeps the pace comfortable. An event host or coordinator, where included, looks after the wider running order: the opening, movement between activities, announcements and the handover to any meal or speeches.
These roles should be clear in the proposal. For a small, single-table gathering, the staffing may be simple. A programme with several activity areas and a presentation needs a different plan. We discuss what each person will do rather than assuming one host can be in several places at once.
Guests can step away, watch or return later. The room should have space for conversation and seating as well as activity, especially when the entertainment is one part of a longer function.
One possible
three-hour rhythm.
A running order is a guide for the people delivering the event. This example shows how hosted activity can sit alongside a welcome and time to talk; your schedule will reflect your venue and occasion.

Making the venue work
Tell us whether your venue is a function room, workplace or private property. Photos and a floor plan help identify table positions, access routes and the space needed around seated guests. Stairs, lifts, narrow doorways and loading restrictions can affect equipment choices and setup time.
We also need to understand the venue’s available power, sound limits and access window. Setup and pack-down are planned separately from guest activity time. If a dinner or presentation shares the room, we agree how the layout changes and who is responsible for moving venue furniture.
Branding with a purpose
For a business event, we can discuss a welcome sign, branded backdrop or selected printed details. Share your artwork and approval process early enough for production to be considered. Branding must fit the chosen surfaces and remain readable under the actual room lighting.
For a private occasion, the colour scheme and styling can reflect your celebration without turning the room into a busy collection of props. Choose a small number of focal points and let the activity create the rest of the atmosphere. The priority is a space guests can use comfortably.
Budget for a hosted evening
Indicative planning starts at NZ$950 for a compact hosted format. A typical planning range is NZ$950–2,800, depending on tables, staff, time and styling. The starting scope assumes up to 20 guests, one hosted table and two hours of activity at a suitable Hamilton venue. See the casino evening price family for inclusions, tax treatment and exclusions.
Before you enquire
A few practical questions.
Can a casino night work for a small group?
Yes. A single hosted table can be a focal point for a smaller gathering. The exact format depends on the number of participants and whether you want continuous activity or short sessions between conversation and other parts of the evening.
How many tables will we need?
We recommend an arrangement after reviewing the guest count, table format, room size and available time. More tables also mean more floor space, equipment and hosts. We will set out the proposed combination so you can see how guests will move through the programme.
Can this follow a company dinner?
Yes. We can place the welcome and activity after the meal, allowing for service to finish and guests to move comfortably. Share the caterer’s timing, any speeches and the venue’s closing time so the entertainment has a realistic window.
Is table hire available without an event programme?
Our focus is organising themed events. Tell us which parts of your programme you need help with and we will discuss a suitable scope. Equipment, staffing and responsibilities are confirmed in a proposal; the website does not offer standalone equipment checkout.
Can we use our company colours?
Colour and selected branded elements can be discussed during planning. The final approach depends on artwork, production lead time, available equipment and venue restrictions. Custom printing and specialist fabrication are quoted separately unless expressly included.
What should our guests wear?
Choose a dress approach that suits the occasion, from smart casual to a more formal theme. Make the invitation clear and avoid making elaborate costumes a condition of enjoying the event. Comfortable participation matters more than matching every styling detail.
What happens after we send an enquiry?
We use your date, location, group size and message to discuss the practical options. The next step is a written proposal outlining the programme, inclusions, price and booking arrangements. Your enquiry alone does not confirm availability or reserve a date.
